Unico Grande Silom hotel Bangkok is a good budget hotel in Bangkok. The location is prime, right in the center of the Silom area of Bangkok. The Chong Nonsi BTS skytrain station is very close and its a quick and easy trip to many places. A few examples are Lumpini Stadium, Lumpini Park, Central World Plaza, Suan Lum Night market, MBK shopping center, Patpong night market, Siam Paragon, Pantip Plaza, etc... You will literaly be right in the the best location for almost any Bangkok day/night trip.
The Unico Grande Silom has a function room and an internet business center. There is a roof top swimming pool and pool side bar and also fitness center for staying in shape and working off all those calories from the wonder Thai food.
There are some options for food available at the Unico Grande Silom. The 24 hour coffee shop on the second floor called the Maple Leaf restaurant has American breakfast buffet, international lunch, and Japanese, Thai and European dishes. The Maple leaf also has an a la carte menu and good wine list. There is a cake counter that is open all night for the late night sweet tooth cravings.

"This hotel is well located, breakfast was good and so was the executive room. Be carefull of using anything inside the hotel and making international calls since they are crazy with their prices, we ended up paying 2900 baht for things like 3 international calls, a pepsi from the fridge and two bottles of water. All around this is a good hotel just make sure you don t use anything inside the hotel which they charge for."
